目的 探讨在临床护理教学中开展中英双语护理查房的效果及其存在的问题,为进一步开展临床护理双语教学提供依据.方法 对2012年~2013年在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院临床实习的护理学专业学生开展中英双语护理教学查房,结束后对学生进行教学效果问卷调查.结果 学生对临床实习中开展双语护理查房的支持程度、教学效果、推广价值等10项指标有着较高的评价,但大专学生、在校期间未曾接受过中英双语教学的学生对教学效果中部分指标的评价低于本科学生和在校期间曾经接受过中英双语教学的学生,差异具有统计意义.结论 在临床护理教学中开展中英双语护理查房具有积极意义,查房中应该充分考虑不同学生的英语水平及对双语教学的接受程度等因素.

Objective To discuss the effect and existing problems on the application of bilingual nursing rounds in clinical teaching,and provide the basis for further development on bilingual teaching of clinical nursing.Methods The researchers implemented bilingual nursing rounds among 90 nursing students who practiced at Sun Yatsen Memorial Hospital during 2012 to 2013,and then evaluated the teaching effect by using investigation questionnaires.Results The nursing students had high degree of the 10 evaluation indexes including the support level,the teaching effect and the promoting value of bilingual nursing rounds in clinical practice.Whereas,the nursing students who were of college degree and had not ever accepted bilingual teaching at school had lower degree on some evaluation indexes of the teaching effect than those who were of bachelor degree and had ever accepted bilingual teaching at school.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The application of bilingual nursing rounds in clinical teaching was proved to be significant.Meanwhile,the teachers should take the factors such as different English levels and acceptance on bilingual teaching of different nursing students into consideration.
