目的 探讨实习日志在口腔内科学临床教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2012年1月~2013年3月期间,在新疆医科大学第一附属医院牙体牙髓科实习的2008级五年制口腔医学专业40名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用每天书写实习日志的带教方法,对照组采用传统带教方法,探讨两种带教方法在口腔内科临床教学中的效果.结果 实验组学生对教学方法的满意度高于对照组学生;实验组学生出科考试成绩明显高于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在口腔内科临床教学中,书写实习日志是一种较好的教学方法,有助于激发学生的学习积极性,促进学生独立思考,帮助学生自主学习.

Objective To investigate the clinical teaching of oral department of internal medicine practice log in the role.Methods Forty five-year students year 2008 were selected and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups from oral clerkship of the Endodontics Department,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.The experimental group received a daily log of writing clerkship teaching method and the control group using traditional teaching to explore the effect of two clinical teaching methods.Results Compared with control group,the experimental group students were more satisfied with the teaching method and the score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical teaching of oral,writing practice log is a good method to stimulate students' initiative,to promote students to think independently and to help students ' autonomous learning.
