目的 探索行之有效的临床实践教学质量监控与分析手段,保障教学的持续改进.方法 引入失效模式与影响分析(failure model and effects analysis,FMEA)对天津医科大学总医院儿科学临床实践教学质量进行监控与分析,评估小组由参与教学的各相关科室人员组成,确定失效模型,制定失效模式等级标准,通过风险值计算和分析树判定进行影响分析,找出关键潜在风险因素并对其进行持续质量改进(plan do check action,PDCA).结果 针对FMEA得出的关键潜在风险因素进行处理后,对教学质量进行追踪评估.分析数据表明,教学质量得到明显提高(P<0.05).结论 FMEA对临床实践教学质量有明显的改进和提高作用.

Objective To explore the effective monitoring and analysis method for quality of clinical teaching,make sure continually improve the quality of clinical teaching.Methods To introduce FMEA monitoring and analysis of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital pediatric clinical practice teaching quality,the assessment team is comprised by participating in teaching the related department staff,establish a failure model,draw up a failure mode classification standard,through calculating risk prority number(RPN) and analysis of the result of decision tree to find out the key risk factors then use PDCA to improve it.Results Assess the teaching quality again,after analysis of the targeted measure the key potential risk factors from FMEA results.Analysis of the data indicates that the teaching quality has been improved obviously (P<0.05).Conclusions FMEA has obvious improvement effect on the teaching quality of clinical practice.
