为更全面准确地执行国家卫生和计划生育委员会颁发的《医疗机构新生儿安全管理制度》,中国医师协会新生儿科医师分会组织相关专家进行讨论,对制度执行过程中应采取的具体措施提出了建议,以加强医疗机构新生儿安全管理,减少和消除新生儿住院期间的安全隐患,以供国内相关医疗机构和医护人员在实际工作中参考使用.

In order to accurately implement Newborn Safety Management System of Medical Institutions issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission,the Chinese Neonatologist Association organized the parts of neonatal specialists forming the recommendations after discussing adequately for the references of medical institutions and medical staffs during the routine work.These recommendations would help improve neonatal safety management within medical institutions and reduce or eliminate neonatal potential safety hazards during hospital stay.
