糖尿病患者对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的易感性高于正常人群,且Hp感染可作为糖尿病血管病变的危险因素,但目前对此尚没有统一的结论.Hp感染通过增加急、慢性期反应物和炎性介质、破坏血管内皮细胞、改变血脂水平、氧化状态及凝血状况等机制,参与糖尿病各种血管病变的发生与发展.

The susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is significantly higher in patients with diabetes than that in healthy controls.There is still controversial about whether Hp infection is the risk factor of diabetic vasculopathy.Hp infection may involve in the occurrence and development of diabetic vasculopathy by accelerating acute and chronic inflammation reaction,increasing inflammatory factors,injurying vascular endothelial cells,changing plasma lipid profile,altering the state of oxidation and influencing the coagulative function,etc.
