目的了解广州市番禺区中心医院医院感染MRSA的耐药情况及分子流行病学特点.方法收集该院2009-2012年在各个病区住院患者不同感染部位分离的16株MRSA,采用VITEK 2 Compact及其配套的药敏卡AST-GP67进行耐药性检测,采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对其作同源性分析及基因分型.结果 16株MRSA对万古霉素、复方磺胺甲(口恶)唑、利奈唑胺、奎奴普丁/达福普汀和替加环素敏感,对青霉素G、苯唑西林、环丙沙星和左氧氟沙星耐药,对庆大霉素和红霉素的耐药率为93.75％(15株).16株MRSA的PFGE谱分11型(A～K),A型3株,B、C、D型各2株.结论不同耐药谱MRSA的PFGE的分型不相同,相同耐药谱PFGE的分型也并不完全相同.

Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance and molecular epidemiology profile of methicillin restistant Staphylooccus aureus (MRSA) in Panyu Central Hospital in Guangzhou.Methods Sixteen strains of MRSA were isolated from clinical specimens from inpatients in Panyu Central Hospital between 2009 and 2012.Drug susceptibility of them was detected by GP67 of VITEK2 Compact.Homology and genotyping of MRSA gene was performed with pulsed-field gel electorphoresi (PFGE).Results Sixteen MRSA isolates were susceptible to vancomycin,linezolid,compound sulfamethoxazole,quinupristin/dalfopristin and tigecycline,and resistant to penicillin,oxacillin,ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin,resistant to erythromycin and tetracycline with a resistant rate of 93.75％ (15 strains).The resistance profile of 16 MRSA stains were slightly different,11 different PFGE patterns (A-K) were found in 16 MRSA stains,3 MRSA strains were A pulsotype,two strains of them were from pulsotype B,C and D,respectively.Conclusions MRSA with different resistance profile has different PFGE patterns,and even MRSA with the same resistance profile may have different PFGE patterns.
