目的观察鱼骨图分析法在妇产科护理不良事件管理中的应用效果.方法采用历史对照研究,将实施鱼骨图分析法后的妇产科住院患者632例作为观察组,实施前的591例患者作为对照组,比较两组护理不良事件发生情况.结果实施前存档的护理不良事件发生率为5.08％,实施后下降为0.63％ (P＜0.05).每月护理差错包括处置医嘱错误、给药错误、新生儿脐部感染、红外线灼伤或烫伤等护理差错或不良事件发生例次明显减少,与实施前比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).患者投诉低于实施前(P＜0.05).结论鱼骨图分析法具有简便实用,分析问题一目了然的优点,责任明确,促进了护士对出现的不良事件积极上报,利于原因分析加以避免,从而降低其发生率.

Objective To observe the application effect of fishbone diagram analysis method in the management of nursing adverse events at the departments of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods Historical control study was applied.632 patients hospitalized into the department of gynecology and obstetrics after applying fishbone diagram analysis for managing nursing adverse events were set as an observation group,591 patients before then as a control group.The incidences of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing adverse events was 5.08％ before and was 0.63％ after the application (P ＜ 0.05).The nursing errors of every month,including the disposal of prescribing errors,medication errors,neonatal umbilical infection,burn or scald infrared nursing errors,etc.or adverse events significantly decreased after the application,with statistical differences from those before the application (P ＜ 0.05).The patients complained less after the application (P＜0.05).Conclusions Fishbone diagram analysis method is simple and practical,can analyze the problems clearly,clear the responsibilities,and make the nurses report the adverse events actively,and is helpful analyze the causes,so as to lower the incidence.
