目的 应用彩色多谱勒超声心动图对婴幼儿进行检查,探讨其在欠发达地区基层医院早期发现先天性心脏病的重要性.方法 回顾分析2011年6月至2013年12月我院超声检查的600例0~3周婴幼儿,具临床症状组婴幼儿300例,无临床症状组婴幼儿300例,患儿均按小儿阶段常规超声心动图检查方法进行检查.结果 具临床症状组共检出先天性心脏病166例,占总人数的55.3%,其中40.4%患儿在0~1个月检出、22.3%患儿在2~6个月检出、22.9%患儿在7个月~ 12月检出、8.4%患儿在1~2岁检出、6.0%患儿在2~3岁检出;无临床症状组检出先天性心脏病19例,占总人数的6.3%.结论 彩色多普勒超声心动图可以及早发现先天性心脏病,成为婴幼儿时期体检的常规检查项目.

Objective To explore the significance of echocardiography for early detection of congenital heart disease in primary hospitals checking the cardiac structure of infants by echocardiography.Methods 600 0-3 weeks old infants undergoing echocardiography examination from June,2011 to December,2013 at our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Among which,300 (group A) had clinical symptoms,and the rest 300 (group B) didn't.Results 166 cases (55.0%) were detected with congenital heart disease in group A; of which,40.3 were detected 0-1 month after birth,22.2% 2-6 months,22.8% 7-12 months,8.4% 1-2 years,and 6.0% 2-3 years.19 (6.3%) were detected with congenital heart disease in group B.Conclusions Echocardiography can detect the congenital heart disease as early as possible and could be a routine examination project for newborns.
