顺铂是一种临床常用化疗药物,可以有效抑制多种人类肿瘤,但常常出现固有耐药或者在治疗过程中获得耐药的现象,是许多肿瘤患者治疗失败的原因.顺铂耐药的机制复杂,涉及多种基因的作用,筛选出顺铂耐药的标志基因对于肿瘤的治疗具有重要的意义.本文综述了现已发现的与肿瘤顺铂耐药相关的基因及其在耐药过程中所发挥的作用,希望为进一步的科学研究以及临床上预防或者逆转肿瘤的顺铂耐药提供帮助.

Cisplatin,a common chemotherapy drug in clinic,can inhibit many human cancers efficiently.However,cisplatin treatment often fails due to the natural drug resistance or acquired drug resistance developed during the treatment.Molecular mechanism of cisplatin resistance is complex,involving effects of multiple genes.Accordingly,the discovery of cisplatin resistance marker genes could be of great significance for clinical treatment of cancers.This review summarizes our current understanding of the genes and their functions associated with cisplatin resistance.We hope this review will be useful for the further scientific research and clinical preventing or reversing tumor cisplatin resistance.
