20世纪80年代以来,为改变特殊儿童的问题行为,培养其良好的行为习惯,美国一些学校开始实施“积极行为支持与干涉项目”。如今,该项目得到了越来越多的支持,并扩展到普通学校。其基本做法是:引导学生的积极行为,奖励期望行为;科学干预学生的问题行为,做到因材施教;基于数据的决策,确保行为管理规范的一致性;提供强有力地组织支持,加强教师培训。

Since 1980s, in order to change special student 's problem behavior and cultivate good habits for them, some schools in the USA began to carry out Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support Program. Now the program has receive support from more and more schools, including common education. The main ideas of the program are as follows: to encourage proactive and prosocial behaviors and give rewards to desired ones;to intervene student problem behaviors scientiifcally and individually;to make decision based on data, and to monitor student behavior consistently;to provide strongly system support , and to training teachers on the student behavior management methods.
