在分析结构异质性与能源利用效率关系的基础上，利用固定效应模型与误差修正模型，对中国及其八大经济区域2002—2012年能源利用效率的结构异质性进行了实证研究。从全国来看，能源消费结构和资本配置结构具有显著的正面影响，产业结构和工业结构具有微弱的负面影响，产权结构具有显著的负面影响。结构异质性与能源利用效率存在长期均衡关系，产业结构、产权结构和资本配置结构对能源利用效率均具有较强的短期影响。分区域看，产权结构和资本配置结构具有相同方向不同程度的影响，而能源消费结构、工业结构和产业结构却在方向和数值上表现出区域差异性，结构异质性因素在大多数区域的短期影响不显著。国家应根据各区域具体能效状况，加快结构调整，促进结构节能，提高能源利用效率。

Based on the analysis of the relationship between structural heterogeneity and energy efficiency ,this paper empirically researches the relationship between structural heterogeneity and energy efficiency in China and the eight economic regions during 2002‐2012 by using the fixed effect model and error correction model .Nationally ,the energy consumption structure and capital structure has significant positive effect on energy efficiency .Industrial structure and manufacturing structure have weak negative effect on energy efficiency ,w hile property structure has significant negative effect on energy efficiency . Study shows that there is long‐term equilibrium relationship between structural heterogeneity and energy efficiency .Industrial structure ,property structure and capital structure have strong short‐term impact on energy efficiency . In terms of area , property structure and capital allocation structure has the same direction influence of different size , w hile energy consumption structure , industrial structure and manufacturing structure show regional difference in the direction and value .Structural heterogeneity is not significant of the short‐term impact in most areas .According to the situation of regional energy efficiency , we should speed up structural adjustment , and promote structural energy saving to improve energy efficiency .
