我国酒店行业进入高速发展后的转型期,在相对饱和的市场中酒店人力资源的用工环境、年龄结构、薪酬福利、员工来源、职业生涯、酒店布局等生态位出现不同程度的失衡。酒店行业要健康发展,应重构人力资源生态系统,利用生态位理论中的宽度、密度、维度等基本原理,重新构建优化内外部环境,建立健康有序的酒店行业生态平衡系统,实现酒店人力资源的转型升级。

The hotel industry in China has entered a transition period after the rapid development.In a rela-tively saturated market, imbalance in human resources has shown up in different degree from the perspective of ecology, such as employment environment, age structure, salary and welfare, employee resources, career design and occupation layout.It is necessary to reconstruct the entire human resources ecological system to ensure the healthy development of hotel industry.Using the principle of ecological niche theory in width, density and dimension, we can reconstruct the optimal internal and external environment, and establish the healthy and orderly ecological balance system in hotel industry, thus realizing the transformation and upda-ting of hotel human resources.
