目的：探讨口腔疾病对脑卒中高危人群构成的影响。方法：选择来我院口腔科就诊的888名患者，通过口腔和临床检查、问卷调查等方法筛选出其中176名脑卒中高危人群为研究组、其余712名脑卒中非高危人群为对照组。调查内容包括一般情况、危险因素等。结果：脑卒中高危人群和非高危人群相比，牙龈炎、牙周袋形成、牙齿松动、牙周／牙龈脓肿、牙髓病、龋齿、复发性口腔溃疡、扁平苔藓发生率升高（P ＜0．05），其余相关疾病虽有所升高，但无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。多因素 Logistic 回归分析发现，性别、年龄、牙龈炎、牙周袋形成、牙周／牙龈脓肿、牙髓病、复发性口腔溃疡等疾病可使脑卒中高危人群的发病率升高。结论：部分口腔疾病能造成脑卒中高危人群发病率增高。
목적：탐토구강질병대뇌졸중고위인군구성적영향。방법：선택래아원구강과취진적888명환자，통과구강화림상검사、문권조사등방법사선출기중176명뇌졸중고위인군위연구조、기여712명뇌졸중비고위인군위대조조。조사내용포괄일반정황、위험인소등。결과：뇌졸중고위인군화비고위인군상비，아간염、아주대형성、아치송동、아주／아간농종、아수병、우치、복발성구강궤양、편평태선발생솔승고（P ＜0．05），기여상관질병수유소승고，단무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。다인소 Logistic 회귀분석발현，성별、년령、아간염、아주대형성、아주／아간농종、아수병、복발성구강궤양등질병가사뇌졸중고위인군적발병솔승고。결론：부분구강질병능조성뇌졸중고위인군발병솔증고。
AIM:To study the correlation of oral diseases with high-risk group of stroke.METHODS:888 patients from the dental consulting room were selected.176 people with high-risk of stroke were in the high-risk group and 712 without high-risk of stroke were in the control group.Clinical examination,oral examination and questionnaire survey were conducted.Relevant resk factors of oral diseases with stroke were analysed.RESULTS:The incidences of gingivitis,formation of periodontal pocket,gomphiasis,periodontal abscess,gingival abscess,dental pulp disease,de-cayed tooth,recurrent apthous ulcer and lichen planus in the high-risk group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).The results of multiaple logistic analysis showed that gender,age,gingivitis,formation of periodon-tal pocket,dental pulp disease and recurrent apthous ulcer were related to the stroke incidence in high-risk group. CONCLUSION:Some oral diseases may increase the stroke incidence of high-risk group of stroke.
