目的：建立实验性大鼠牙周炎局部治疗模型，检测 C 反应蛋白（CRP），细胞间粘附分子－1（ICAM－1），E －选择素（E－selectin）在大鼠牙周组织及血清中的表达水平。方法：结扎6月龄 SD 大鼠双侧第一磨牙4周后，经临床检查和 HE 组织学切片确认牙周炎模型成功建立；结扎8周后去除结扎丝进行牙周基础治疗，分别于治疗4、8、12周取大鼠双侧上颌骨及股动脉血，检测 CRP、ICAM－1、E－selectins 在牙周组织中表达及血清中水平的变化。结果：局部治疗后，随着时间的延长，牙周组织的炎症和牙周破坏的程度减轻，牙周附着水平增加（P ＜0．05），牙周组织中和血清中的 CRP、ICAM－1、E－selectin 不断降低（P ＜0．05）。结论：牙周局部治疗可降低 CRP、ICAM－1、E－selectin 在牙周组织中的表达和血清中的水平。
목적：건립실험성대서아주염국부치료모형，검측 C 반응단백（CRP），세포간점부분자－1（ICAM－1），E －선택소（E－selectin）재대서아주조직급혈청중적표체수평。방법：결찰6월령 SD 대서쌍측제일마아4주후，경림상검사화 HE 조직학절편학인아주염모형성공건립；결찰8주후거제결찰사진행아주기출치료，분별우치료4、8、12주취대서쌍측상합골급고동맥혈，검측 CRP、ICAM－1、E－selectins 재아주조직중표체급혈청중수평적변화。결과：국부치료후，수착시간적연장，아주조직적염증화아주파배적정도감경，아주부착수평증가（P ＜0．05），아주조직중화혈청중적 CRP、ICAM－1、E－selectin 불단강저（P ＜0．05）。결론：아주국부치료가강저 CRP、ICAM－1、E－selectin 재아주조직중적표체화혈청중적수평。
AIM:To study the expression changes of C reactive protein (CRP),intercellular adhesion mol-ecule-1 (ICAM-1)and E-selectin in periodontal tissue and in serum of rats with experimental periodontitis following local treatment.METHODS:Rat periodontitis model was established in 60 SD rats by periodontal ligation for 8 weeks.Then the ligation was removed and local treatment was conducted,the expression level of of CRP,ICAM-1 and E-selectin in the periodontal tissue and in serum was measured at 4,8 and 12 weeks respectively after local treatment (n =10).RESULTS:After local treatment the experimental periodontitis was eased (P <0.05),the expression lvel of CRP,ICAM-1 and E -selectin in periodontal tissue and serum was decreased in a time dependent manner (P <0.05).CONCLUSION:Periodontal treatment can reduce the expression of CRP,ICAM-1 and E-selectin ex-pression in periodontal tissues and serum.
