目的:比较模拟咀嚼循环条件下长石质饰瓷与氟磷灰石饰瓷的耐磨性能。方法:制备2种饰瓷长条形试件各10个,用于物理性能测试和表面形貌观察;另制备圆盘形试件各6个,分别在水环境、加载力10 N、转速200 r/min 的条件下进行120万次循环磨损实验;于每10万次循环节点测量各饰瓷的体积磨损量和表面粗糙度;然后分别在磨损10、70、120万次循环节点观察各饰瓷磨损面的微观形貌,分析磨损区域的基本组成及其所占比例。结果:两种饰瓷的体积磨损量、表面粗糙度曲线均呈现正相关近似线性上升趋势,在每个测量节点,氟磷灰石瓷的体积磨损量、表面粗糙度均明显高于长石质瓷(P <0.05);长石质瓷表面均匀一致,而氟磷灰石瓷表面有较多大小不一且散在分布的气孔;随着加载循环的进行,两种饰瓷的磨痕均由稀疏变为密集,磨损面上均可见磨屑粘着。结论:在模拟咀嚼循环条件下,氟磷灰石瓷的耐磨性能较长石质瓷差。

목적:비교모의저작순배조건하장석질식자여불린회석식자적내마성능。방법:제비2충식자장조형시건각10개,용우물이성능측시화표면형모관찰;령제비원반형시건각6개,분별재수배경、가재력10 N、전속200 r/min 적조건하진행120만차순배마손실험;우매10만차순배절점측량각식자적체적마손량화표면조조도;연후분별재마손10、70、120만차순배절점관찰각식자마손면적미관형모,분석마손구역적기본조성급기소점비례。결과:량충식자적체적마손량、표면조조도곡선균정현정상관근사선성상승추세,재매개측량절점,불린회석자적체적마손량、표면조조도균명현고우장석질자(P <0.05);장석질자표면균균일치,이불린회석자표면유교다대소불일차산재분포적기공;수착가재순배적진행,량충식자적마흔균유희소변위밀집,마손면상균가견마설점착。결론:재모의저작순배조건하,불린회석자적내마성능교장석질자차。
AIM:To compare the wear resistance of feldspathic porcelain(FEP)and fluorapatite porcelain (FLP)in simulated oral environment.METHODS:10 rectangular samples of each group were subjected to wear test by means of three point bending method and the indentation method,the surface structure was observed by SEM after acid corrosion.6 disc shaped samples in each group were subjected to wear test by a wear machine under water lubrica-tion condition at the speed of 200 r/min and loading force of 10N.The wear volume and roughness were measured by the three-dimensional profiler scanner per 105 cycles.Surface morphology were observed by SEM after 105 ,7 ×105 , and 12 ×105 cycles respectively.EDX energy analysis was used to measure the basic composition and the proportion of the wear area.RESULTS:The volume loss,surface roughness of the two porcelains increased linearly with the wear process.The volume loss and surface roughness of FLP were higher than that of FEP at each measurement cycle.SEM images showed that there were many different sizes of pores on FLP surface.With the cyclic loading,the wear scar of the two materials became from sparse to dense.FLP was worn in the form of relatively small particles and relatively dense grooves.FEP was worn in the form of relatively big particles and relatively sparse grooves.There were visible particles adhered to the wear area.CONCLUSION:The wear resistance of fluorapatite porcelain is lower than that of feldspathic porcelain.
