目的：探讨胃血管球瘤的CT影像学表现，提高对其诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的7例胃血管球瘤病例的临床资料及 CT 影像学表现。结果病灶位于胃窦部5例，位于胃大弯侧2例，大小约1～5cm 。病灶密度均匀，未见出血、坏死及囊变。增强动脉期明显均匀或不均匀性强化，门脉期进一步均匀性强化。结论胃血管球瘤相对少见但具有较典型的 CT 特征，CT 平扫及多期增强对胃血管球瘤的诊断具有较高价值。
목적：탐토위혈관구류적CT영상학표현，제고대기진단준학솔。방법회고성분석경수술화병리증실적7례위혈관구류병례적림상자료급 CT 영상학표현。결과병조위우위두부5례，위우위대만측2례，대소약1～5cm 。병조밀도균균，미견출혈、배사급낭변。증강동맥기명현균균혹불균균성강화，문맥기진일보균균성강화。결론위혈관구류상대소견단구유교전형적 CT 특정，CT 평소급다기증강대위혈관구류적진단구유교고개치。
Objective To raise awareness of gastric glomus tumor .Methods Clinical and CT findings in 5 cases of gas‐tric gloms tumor proved pathologically were retrospectively analyzed .Results The lesions were located in the gastric an‐trum (4 cases) and greater curvature of stomach side (1 case) .External gastric lesion for 1 case .The tumors were about 1 ~ 5 cm in size .The mass density was uniform ,with no hemorrhage ,necrosis ,cystic degeneration .In the arterial phase , marked enhancement was seen in the smaller and the larger mass ,but the large one was enhanced heterogeneously .The degree of enhancement of the large mass ,venous phase compared with the arterial phase ,was more significant and uni‐form .Conclusion To combine pathological features with CT findings ,it is partly helpful for the diagnosis of the gastric glomus tumor ,but ,still needs to differentitate with stromal tumor ,fibroma ,lipoma .Definitive diagnosis requires immu‐nohistochemical examination .
