外周神经病变是临床外科的常见疾病，其中外周神经的卡压最为常见，其主要包括腕管综合征、肘管综合征、桡管综合征、腓总神经卡压综合征及其一些少见部位的神经卡压，本文就外周神经卡压的解剖学基础、超声成像的特点及其应用进展进行总结。

Peripheral nerve disease is a common disease in clinical surgery ,the entrapment of peripheral nerve is most common ,including the carpal tunnel syndrome ,cubital tunnel syndrome ,the radial tunnel syndrome ,the common perone‐al nerve entrapment syndrome and some unusual sites of peripheral nerve entrapment .In this paper ,the anatomic basis , ultrasonography characteristics and clinical application of peripheral nerve entrapment are summarized .
