目的：探讨多层螺旋C T后处理技术诊断隐匿性骨折的价值。方法对45例X线平片结果阴性，而临床高度怀疑骨折的急诊外伤患者行多层 MSCT 容积扫描后，将原始图像进行多平面重组（M PR）、最大密度投影（MIP）、容积再现法（VRT ）成像等后处理，分析各图像显示骨折情况的能力。结果45例 X 线平片中未显示骨折的患者，通过MSCT 后处理技术42例显示骨折，其中，颞骨骨折8例、眼眶骨折10例、脊柱骨折8例、髋关节骨折7例、胫骨平台骨折9例，排除骨折 3 例，阳性率93．3％。结论 MSCT 后处理技术对隐匿性骨折能够准确地作出诊断，为临床选择治疗方案及预后的评估提供可靠依据。

Objective To evaluate the value of multi‐slice spiral CT (MSCT ) postprocessing technique in diagnosing oc‐cult fracture .Methods MSCT was performed in 45 patients of the occult fractures .The raw data of all these cases were processed respectively by kinds of image reconstruction ,including multiple planar reconstruction (MPR) ,maximum inten‐sity projection (MIP) and volume rendering technique (VRT ) .Results In 45 injuried patients ,42 patients had fractures in different parts :8 cases in temporal ,10 cases in orbital ,8 cases inspine ,7 cases in hip joine ,and 9 cases in tibial plat‐eau .The other 3 patients showed negative on multi‐slice spiral CT images .Conclusion MSCT can be used to diagnose definitely occult fracture and plays an important role in selecting therapy project and evaluating prognosis of occult frac ‐tures .
