教育信息化大发展的今天，继续教育作为终身教育的重要组成部分，其理论创新亟待提升。该文针对多数培训流于形式的现象，紧扣继续教育效果的本质，提出基于全过程评估理念的ST螺旋型继续教育模式，从理论角度提升继续教育活动设计过程的逻辑性和创新性，从实践角度增强各环节评估方式的易用性和实效性。最后，通过选取小规模样本初步实证，验证了理论模式的科学性，显著提升了继续教育活动的效果，并揭示出理论研究的新方向。

With great development of the informatization of education, continuing education theory needs corresponding innovation. This paper proposes the ST spiral mode based on the whole process evaluation concept. From the aspects of theory, this achievement enhances logicality and innovativeness of the education activities. From a practical point of view, it also strengthenes the usability and effectiveness of assessment methods. This paper selects a small sample for empirical study and veriifes the scientiifcalness of the hypothetical theory model. These results reveal a new direction of theoretical research.
