目的:从群体性突发事件流行病学特点,探讨急诊绿色通道的应急救治策略,为提高应急反应能力及救治成功率提供科学依据。方法从复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院急诊科2011年1月1日~2013年12月31日发生3人(包括3人)以上86起群体性突发事件中,总结和分析流行病学特点及应急救治情况。结果突发事故类型依次是交通事故、食物中毒、化学气体泄漏、刀伤;人员伤亡主要集中在21~50岁年龄段,共计743人次,危重患者92例,死亡17例。应急处置时启动了本院<突发公共事件应急预案>,危重患者救治成功率为94.90%。结论完善应急预案、加强多科协作、保证绿色通道通畅、是提高群体性突发伤亡事件成功率的主要措施。

목적:종군체성돌발사건류행병학특점,탐토급진록색통도적응급구치책략,위제고응급반응능력급구치성공솔제공과학의거。방법종복단대학부속중산의원청포분원급진과2011년1월1일~2013년12월31일발생3인(포괄3인)이상86기군체성돌발사건중,총결화분석류행병학특점급응급구치정황。결과돌발사고류형의차시교통사고、식물중독、화학기체설루、도상;인원상망주요집중재21~50세년령단,공계743인차,위중환자92례,사망17례。응급처치시계동료본원<돌발공공사건응급예안>,위중환자구치성공솔위94.90%。결론완선응급예안、가강다과협작、보증록색통도통창、시제고군체성돌발상망사건성공솔적주요조시。
Objective To find out the epidemiological characteristics of group incidents and to explore the strategy of emergency treatment in order to provide scientific basis for scheduling decision of establishing emergency medical rescue. Methods Based on the database of Emergency department of Our Hospital , a retrospective study of 86 mass unexpected incidents (more than 3 persons) happened from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2013, was untaken to analyze their epidemiological characteristics and emergency treatment. Results Accident types were traffic accidents, food poisoning, chemical gas leakage, cuts; Traffic accidents and chemical gas leakage increased, The casualties ranged mainly from 21 to 50 years old.The rescue results of a total of 743 passengers were as follows: 92 were critically ill patients, 17 were killed. Launched a contingency plan for sudden public events,the total effective rate was 94.90% . Conclusion It is the main measures of decreasing the rate of fatality and disability in mass unexpected incidents to improve emergency plans, to improve multidisciplinary collaboration, and to ensure the smooth Easy Access.
