面瘫是神经科常见疾病之一，针灸治疗效果显著。从辨病辨证论治、分经分期论治、针刺手法的轻重选择以及结合中药治疗4个方面，总结了杨甲三教授治疗面瘫的经验。杨教授善于综合考虑面瘫发病、发展进程中的各个因素，逐渐形成了一套其特有的面瘫诊治理论，提高了治疗效果。

Facial paralysis is a common disease and acupuncture has a good effect on it. Professor YANG Jiasan’ s experiences on facial paralysis are as follows: treatment based on disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, treatment according to different channels and stages, treatment with different needling ways and degree, and lastly, treatment with herbs. Professor YANG has particular theories which takes every factor during morbidity and develop process into consideration, thus to improve the therapeutic effect.
