我国是世界上各类灾害事故种类最多且灾害破坏最为严重的国家之一。进入二十一世纪以来，随着我国经济建设的飞速发展，我国的经济建设正进入了一个快速增长期，但与此同时，相伴而来的各种灾害性事故的种类和数量也明显增加，抢险救援工作任务繁重。然而抢险救援工作是一项系统工程，也是一项社会性工作，涉及面广、事故突然、情况复杂、任务艰巨，没有先进适用的救援设备将很难完成相应的救援任务。分体式燃油动力绞盘在应急救援行动中发挥着重要的作用，但是国内还很少对其进行研究。本文通过研究设计方案，使设备满足小型化、智能化、多功能化的特点，全面提升社会应急抢险救援能力。

China is one of the countries that suffers most from the destructive power of the great variety of disasters and accidents. However, as a systematic and social work, rescue operation could be really difficult without advanced and applicable devices, since it covers heavy work to deal with a wide range of accidents that happen suddenly under different complicated circumstances. Split type of fuel-powered winch could be useful in emergency rescue operation. Yet, we know little about it for the lacking of corresponding research. This paper tried to study the design of this type of winch to provide reference to enhance social emergency rescue capabilities.
