目的：探讨西地那非（Sildenafil Citrate Tablets）对子宫内膜较薄患者的受孕率、流产率及子宫内膜厚度的影响。方法：选择双侧输卵管通畅、卵泡发育及排卵正常，仅因子宫内膜厚度较薄的不孕患者，口服枸橼酸西地那非50mg／d，服用1～4d。用药过程中，用阴道 B 超监测卵泡及子宫内膜厚度，根据子宫内膜厚度调整服用天数。结果：服用枸橼酸西地那非对促进子宫内膜增厚、提高不孕患者受孕率、降低流产率效果明显。对卵泡生长发育无明显影响，不影响排卵期血 LH、E2峰值出现时间及峰值高度。结论：服用西地那非可改变子宫螺旋动脉血流量，使子宫螺旋动脉扩张，宽度增大，血流量增大，血流阻力减小，内膜充血、扩张，促使子宫内膜增厚，有利孕卵着床，提高妊娠率、降低流产率。
목적：탐토서지나비（Sildenafil Citrate Tablets）대자궁내막교박환자적수잉솔、유산솔급자궁내막후도적영향。방법：선택쌍측수란관통창、란포발육급배란정상，부인자궁내막후도교박적불잉환자，구복구연산서지나비50mg／d，복용1～4d。용약과정중，용음도 B 초감측란포급자궁내막후도，근거자궁내막후도조정복용천수。결과：복용구연산서지나비대촉진자궁내막증후、제고불잉환자수잉솔、강저유산솔효과명현。대란포생장발육무명현영향，불영향배란기혈 LH、E2봉치출현시간급봉치고도。결론：복용서지나비가개변자궁라선동맥혈류량，사자궁라선동맥확장，관도증대，혈류량증대，혈류조력감소，내막충혈、확장，촉사자궁내막증후，유리잉란착상，제고임신솔、강저유산솔。
Objectives:To investigate the impact of sildenafil on the endometrial thickness,abortion rate and pregnancy rate of infertility patients with thin endometrium.Methods:Infertile patients with thin endometrium, whose bilateral fallopian tube were not blocked and follicular development and ovulation were normal,were selected to take sildenafil citrate for 4 days,50mg a day.During the course of medication,the dose of sildenafil citrate was adjusted depending on ovulation and endometrial thickness monitored by transvaginal ultrasound.Results:Sildenafil citrate played a significant role on endometrium thickening,increasing the pregnancy rate and reducing the rate of a-bortion.It had no obvious effect on follicular development as well as the appearing time and height of LH,E2 peak in the blood during ovulation.Conclusion:Blood flow in uterine spiral artery can be increased by taking sildenafil citrate which makes uterine spiral artery expanded and wider.Meanwhile,thickening endometrium is beneficial for ovum implantation,improving pregnancy rate and reducing abortion rate.
