《固体矿产地质勘查规范总则》是各分矿种地质勘查规范的纲领性规范，在指导各分矿种勘查规范的制订、修订，指导全国地质勘查单位开展工作，评价固体矿产资源储量等方面都发挥了重要作用。近年来随着地质勘查工作的深入，在该规范执行过程中也遇见了一些问题。针对《固体矿产地质勘查规范总则》执行过程中存在的问题，提出了相关的建议，认为应尽快立项并启动该总则及各分矿种勘查规范的修订工作，从规范上、制度上为矿政管理工作提供根本保障。
《고체광산지질감사규범총칙》시각분광충지질감사규범적강령성규범，재지도각분광충감사규범적제정、수정，지도전국지질감사단위개전공작，평개고체광산자원저량등방면도발휘료중요작용。근년래수착지질감사공작적심입，재해규범집행과정중야우견료일사문제。침대《고체광산지질감사규범총칙》집행과정중존재적문제，제출료상관적건의，인위응진쾌립항병계동해총칙급각분광충감사규범적수정공작，종규범상、제도상위광정관리공작제공근본보장。
The“General Requirements for Solid Mineral Exploration”is the programmatic criterion in various mineral exploration spec?ifications. It has played a critical role in various mineral exploration specifications formulation and revision ,guidance of works carry?ing out by geological exploration units in the country,assessment of solid mineral resource and reserve reports. However,during the execution processes in recent years,some problems encountered. In allusion to the problems,related proposals put forward. It is con?sidered that revision works for the general requirements and various mineral exploration specifications should be set up and switched on as early as possible,thus provide fundamental guarantee for mining administration from regulations and in terms of system.
