Remote medical treatment insurance develops steadily in Jiangsu province, and the quantities of beneficiaries keep rising which call out the necessity of effective management. This paper introduced our enlightenments and the methods to manage remote medical treatment insurance in the following aspects, i.e., clearly define department responsibility, standardize settlement platform and reimbursement process, intensify expenses audit and expand policy publicity.
