目的：评价实施综合干预措施对濮阳市妇幼保健院抗菌药物临床应用的影响。方法：对濮阳市妇幼保健院实施综合干预措施前（2012年）、后（2013年）抗菌药物临床应用的各项指标进行回顾性分析。结果与结论：2013年与2012年相比，抗菌药物的各项指标均有所下降，说明濮阳市妇幼保健院规范抗菌药物的措施是有力的，效果是明显的，可供其他同类医院借鉴。但抗菌药物占药品收入比例和住院患者抗菌药物使用率仍然较高，还需要逐步完善与加强管理。
목적：평개실시종합간예조시대복양시부유보건원항균약물림상응용적영향。방법：대복양시부유보건원실시종합간예조시전（2012년）、후（2013년）항균약물림상응용적각항지표진행회고성분석。결과여결론：2013년여2012년상비，항균약물적각항지표균유소하강，설명복양시부유보건원규범항균약물적조시시유력적，효과시명현적，가공기타동류의원차감。단항균약물점약품수입비례화주원환자항균약물사용솔잉연교고，환수요축보완선여가강관리。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of antibacterial drugs in Puyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital through implementing the comprehensive intervention measures. Methods:Comprehensive intervention measures for Puyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital before (2012) and after (2013) the indicators of clinical application of antibacterial drugs were retrospectively analyzed.Results and Conclusion:Compared with 2012 and 2013, all the indexes of antibacterial drugs declined in Puyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital. The standard measures of antibacterial drugs are powerful, the effect is obvious and the measures could be applied in other similar hospitals. However, the antibacterial drugs accounted for drug income proportion and the antibacterial drugs utilization rate of inpatients are still high, some measures need to be improved and strengthened.
