目的：分析品管圈在提高药师不合理处方审出率的作用和效果，以提高药师对用药不合理处方的审出率，保障患者用药安全。方法：按照品管圈(QCC)的10个步骤，选定主题，拟定计划，把握现状，设定活动目标，目标解析，拟定对策，实施与检讨对策，效果确认，检讨和改进，调查药师对用药不合理处方的审核现状，查找影响药师正确审方的主要原因，并进行干预。对干预前后的数据进行比较分析。结果：通过6个月的实践，药师对用药不合理处方的审出率由活动前的50.52%升高到活动后的79.23%，差异具有显著性意义。结论：应用品管圈管理法，可提高药师对用药不合理处方的审出率，值得推广。
목적：분석품관권재제고약사불합리처방심출솔적작용화효과，이제고약사대용약불합리처방적심출솔，보장환자용약안전。방법：안조품관권(QCC)적10개보취，선정주제，의정계화，파악현상，설정활동목표，목표해석，의정대책，실시여검토대책，효과학인，검토화개진，조사약사대용약불합리처방적심핵현상，사조영향약사정학심방적주요원인，병진행간예。대간예전후적수거진행비교분석。결과：통과6개월적실천，약사대용약불합리처방적심출솔유활동전적50.52%승고도활동후적79.23%，차이구유현저성의의。결론：응용품관권관리법，가제고약사대용약불합리처방적심출솔，치득추엄。
Objective: To analyze the effects and functions of the quality control circle (QCC) in improving the detected rate of unreasonable drug prescription by pharmacists so as to improve the detected rate and guarantee the medication safety of patients.Methods: According to the ten steps of QCC, including picking up topics, making plan, understanding current conditions, setting activity goals, parsing targets, developing counterplans, implementing and reviewing schedules, conifrming effectiveness, reviewing and improving current conditions of pharmacists’ examination on prescriptions with unreasonable medication were investigated, and the main factors that affected the pharmacists on prescribing were detected and intervened. Data before and after intervention were compared.Results: During 6 months of practice, the detected rate of unreasonable prescription by pharmacists increased from 50.52% before this investigation to 79.23% after this investigation, with signiifcant differences. Conclusion: By applying QCC supervising method, the detected rate of unreasonable prescriptions by pharmacists can increase, the QCC management system is worthy of wide promotion.
