Economic globalization will inevitably leads to the globalization of law, with the arrival of knowledge economy era, intellectual property legal globalization is an inevitable trend of globalization and the objective law. This article analyzes the existing problems in the intellectual property legal globalization from the perspective of political economics, and puts forward the measures and countermeasures that should be adopted in China's participation in the intellectual property law in the process of globalization.
