偏头痛为内科常见病，多属内伤头痛范畴，也可因外邪引发。对于头痛的治疗，中医注重辨证论治及治病求本，对于急性发作者，亦可塞鼻先治其标。王松龄教授结合多年临床经验，对头痛的治疗独具匠心，辨证时首察病因，明辨风痰瘀虚，审因论治，临证上遣方用药巧妙灵活，且配合外治法，临床疗效肯定。

Migraine was a common internal disease, and belonged to headache with internal injury. TCM paid attention to Bianzheng Lunzhi and Zhibing Qiuben. In treatment, doctors could treat symptoms at first for acute patients. Prof. WANG Song-ling treated the disease based on his experience. He used decoctions plus external therapies in treatment. Clinical efficacy was confirmed.
