目的:研究低频电针单侧足三里对2型糖尿病( T2 DM )大鼠模型糖代谢的影响,探讨低频电针足三里对T2 DM大鼠的疗效机制。方法将30只8周龄雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组10只和造模组20只。造模组造模后将造模成功的16只大鼠随机分为模型组8只和针刺组8只。针刺组予电针单侧足三里治疗,模型组只束缚不干预。比较3组大鼠空腹血糖( FBG )、空腹胰岛素( FI)及定量胰岛素敏感检测指数( QUICKI),观察胰岛β细胞的形态。结果 FBG治疗前与空白组比较,针刺组和模型组均有显著升高(P<0.05),针刺组与模型组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与空白组比较,针刺组和模型组均有显著升高( P<0.05),针刺组与模型组比较显著降低( P<0.05)。 FI治疗前各组间比较差异均无统计学意义( P>0.05);治疗后各组间比较差异均无统计学意义( P>0.05)。 QUICKI治疗前与空白组比较,针刺组和模型组均降低( P<0.05),针刺组与模型组比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);治疗后针刺组与空白组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),模型组较空白组降低(P<0.05),针刺组较模型组升高(P<0.05)。在光镜下,针刺组胰腺组织分布均匀度与空白组接近,胰岛结构比较完整,细胞密度略低于空白组,胰岛β细胞胞浆见少量肿胀,纤维组织稍有增生。结论电针足三里能有效控制高糖高脂饮食联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的T2DM大鼠模型的病情发展,改善胰岛素敏感度及胰岛β细胞的形态。

목적:연구저빈전침단측족삼리대2형당뇨병( T2 DM )대서모형당대사적영향,탐토저빈전침족삼리대T2 DM대서적료효궤제。방법장30지8주령웅성Wistar대서수궤분위공백조10지화조모조20지。조모조조모후장조모성공적16지대서수궤분위모형조8지화침자조8지。침자조여전침단측족삼리치료,모형조지속박불간예。비교3조대서공복혈당( FBG )、공복이도소( FI)급정량이도소민감검측지수( QUICKI),관찰이도β세포적형태。결과 FBG치료전여공백조비교,침자조화모형조균유현저승고(P<0.05),침자조여모형조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);치료후여공백조비교,침자조화모형조균유현저승고( P<0.05),침자조여모형조비교현저강저( P<0.05)。 FI치료전각조간비교차이균무통계학의의( P>0.05);치료후각조간비교차이균무통계학의의( P>0.05)。 QUICKI치료전여공백조비교,침자조화모형조균강저( P<0.05),침자조여모형조비교차이무통계학의의( P>0.05);치료후침자조여공백조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),모형조교공백조강저(P<0.05),침자조교모형조승고(P<0.05)。재광경하,침자조이선조직분포균균도여공백조접근,이도결구비교완정,세포밀도략저우공백조,이도β세포포장견소량종창,섬유조직초유증생。결론전침족삼리능유효공제고당고지음식연합련뇨좌균소(STZ)유도적T2DM대서모형적병정발전,개선이도소민감도급이도β세포적형태。
Objective To explore the effect of low frequency electric acupuncture Zusanli ( ST36 ) on glycometabolism in type 2 diabetes ( T2 DM ) rats and the therapeutic mechanism of low frequency electroacupuncture. Methods 30 male Wistar rats aged 8 weeks were randomly divided into the control group (n=10) and model group (n=20). After modeling, 16 model rats were randomly divided into model group ( n=8 ) , treated with constrait and no intervention, acupuncture group ( n=8 ) , treated with electroacupuncture. The fasting blood-glucose ( FBG ) , fasting insulin ( FI ) and calculate quantitative insulin sensitivity detection index ( QUICKI) were compared among the three groups, and the morphology of pancreaticβcell was observed. Results Compared to the control group before treatment, FBG of acupuncture group and model group increased significantly ( P<0. 05 ) , the difference between acupuncture group and model group was not significant (P>0. 05). Compared to the control group after treatment, FBG of acupuncture group and model group increased significantly ( P < 0. 05 ) , the acupuncture group decreased significantly when comparing with the model group ( P<0. 05 ) . FI of the three groups showed no significant difference before treatment ( P>0. 05 ) , and the same results showed after treatment ( P >0. 05 ) . Compared to the control group before treatment, QUICKI of acupuncture group and model group decreased significantly ( P <0. 05 ) , the difference between acupuncture group and model group was not significant (P>0. 05). Compared to the control group after treatment, QUICKI of acupuncture group had no significant difference from the control group ( P >0. 05 ) , while the model group decreased significantly ( P <0. 05 ) , QUICKI of acupuncture group was higher than the model group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Under light microscope, the distribution equilibrium of pancreatic tissue of acupuncture group got close to the control group, pancreas islet was complete, the cell density was slightly lower than the control group, cytoplasm of pancreaticβ cell showed a bit swelling, fibrous tissue showed hyperplasia. Conclusion Electroacupuncture Zusanli ( ST36 ) could improve the symptoms in T2DM rats which are induced by combination of high glucose-fat diet and streptozotocin(STZ), as well as the improvement of insulin sensitivity and shape of pancreatic β cell.
