目的:探讨原发性高血压肾损害患者血清胱抑素C( Cys-C)与肌酐变化及相关性。方法选取原发性高血压肾功能正常者为对照组,原发性高血压肾功能损害者为观察组,各80例,分别检测两组血清Cys-C与肌酐水平。结果观察组血清Cys-C与肌酐水平均高于对照组( P <0.01);肾功能储备功能下降期组血清Cys-C及肌酐水平均低于肾功能不全组( P <0.01);相关性分析结果显示,观察组血清Cys-C与肌酐水平呈正相关性( P <0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者随着肾损害程度加重血清Cys-C和肌酐水平随之升高,两者间呈正相关性,可作为原发性高血压肾损害的早期诊断指标。

목적:탐토원발성고혈압신손해환자혈청광억소C( Cys-C)여기항변화급상관성。방법선취원발성고혈압신공능정상자위대조조,원발성고혈압신공능손해자위관찰조,각80례,분별검측량조혈청Cys-C여기항수평。결과관찰조혈청Cys-C여기항수평균고우대조조( P <0.01);신공능저비공능하강기조혈청Cys-C급기항수평균저우신공능불전조( P <0.01);상관성분석결과현시,관찰조혈청Cys-C여기항수평정정상관성( P <0.05)。결론원발성고혈압환자수착신손해정도가중혈청Cys-C화기항수평수지승고,량자간정정상관성,가작위원발성고혈압신손해적조기진단지표。
Objective To investigate serum cystatin C and creatinine changes and correlation in patients with kidney injury caused by hypertension .Methods Eighty patients with primary renal hypertension and normal kidney function ( control group ) and 80 patients with impaired renal function ( observation group ) were chosen and their serum cystatin C and creatinine levels were detected . Results The serum cystatin C and creatinine levels of the normal renal function group were lower than that of the renal dysfunction group( P <0.01).The serum cystatin C and creatinine levels of the renal function reserve decline group were significantly lower than the renal dysfunction group ( P <0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between cystatin C and creatinine levels in the observation group ( P <0.05).Conclusion The serum cystatin C and creatinine levels of the patients with kidney injury caused by essential hypertension increase with severity of kidney function and the two indexes have a positive correla -tion,which can serve as sensitive indicators to judge the kidney injury in patients with primary hypertension and its severity .
