目的：探讨含铋剂的序贯疗法对消化性溃疡患者血清白细胞介素-10（ IL-10）和白细胞介素-17（ IL-17）水平的影响。方法将146例消化性溃疡患者按照治疗方法不同分为两组，各73例。对照组给予传统三联药物治疗，即口服奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素。观察组给予含铋剂的序贯疗法治疗，即前5天口服雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林，后5天口服雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、枸橼酸铋钾胶囊，比较两组临床治疗效果、Hp根除率及血清IL-10和IL-17水平变化。结果经治疗后，观察组总有效率、Hp根除率均高于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；两组治疗后血清IL-10和IL-17水平均低于治疗前（ P ＜0．01）；两组治疗后血清IL-10和IL-17水平比较，观察组均低于对照组（ P ＜0．01）。结论含铋剂的序贯疗法对消化性溃疡的治疗效果与传统三联药物比较更为优越，可提高临床疗效及Hp根除率，降低血清IL-10和IL-17水平，促进患者早日康复。
목적：탐토함필제적서관요법대소화성궤양환자혈청백세포개소-10（ IL-10）화백세포개소-17（ IL-17）수평적영향。방법장146례소화성궤양환자안조치료방법불동분위량조，각73례。대조조급여전통삼련약물치료，즉구복오미랍서、아막서림、극랍매소。관찰조급여함필제적서관요법치료，즉전5천구복뢰패랍서、아막서림，후5천구복뢰패랍서、극랍매소、구연산필갑효낭，비교량조림상치료효과、Hp근제솔급혈청IL-10화IL-17수평변화。결과경치료후，관찰조총유효솔、Hp근제솔균고우대조조（ P ＜0．01）；량조치료후혈청IL-10화IL-17수평균저우치료전（ P ＜0．01）；량조치료후혈청IL-10화IL-17수평비교，관찰조균저우대조조（ P ＜0．01）。결론함필제적서관요법대소화성궤양적치료효과여전통삼련약물비교경위우월，가제고림상료효급Hp근제솔，강저혈청IL-10화IL-17수평，촉진환자조일강복。
Objective To investigate the influence of levels of serum IL-10 and IL-17 in patients with peptic ulcer undergoing bismuth-containing agent sequential therapy .Methods Clinical data of 146 cases of peptic ulcer divided into two groups ( n =73 each) according to the treatment method were retrospectively analyzed .The control group received triple-drug therapy,namely ome-prazole,amoxicillin,clarithromycin therapy treatment and the observation group underwent sequential therapy :the first 5 d of oral rabe-prazole ,amoxicillin treatment and the next 5 d rabeprazole of clarithromycin ,bismuth potassium citrate capsules treatment .The clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate,IL-17,IL-10 levels of two groups were compared .Results After treatment, the total clinical efficacy rate and Hp eradication rate of observation group were higher than that of the control group ( P <0.01).After treatment the IL-17,IL-10 levels of the two groups were lower than that before treatment ( P <0.01).IL-17,IL-10 levels of the observation group after treatment were lower than that of the control group ( P <0.01).Conclusion Bismuth-containing sequential therapy for the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer has better effect than that of the conventional triple-drug treatment ,and can improve the clinical efficacy ,reduce Hp e-radication rate ,serum IL-17 and IL-10 levels and help the patients to recover quickly .
