目的：浅谈炎症性肠病与骨质疏松症的相互关系，强调临床上在治疗骨质疏松症时注意炎症性肠病的治疗和控制。方法：通过分析炎症性肠病与骨质疏松症的影响因素，以及彼此相互影响、相互关联的内在联系，从实验资料到临床治疗的运用给予阐述。结果：炎症性肠病和骨质疏松症是临床两种不同的疾病，也是相互关联、相互影响的一组疾病。骨质疏松症是炎症性肠病患者严重却又易被忽视的并发症之一。而炎症性肠病又是骨质疏松症治疗的必须面对和重视的一个障碍，也是影响骨质疏松最后治疗效果的重要因素之一。结论：临床在治疗骨质疏松症时重视对炎症性肠病的控制和治疗非常重要，重视治疗炎症性肠病或对炎症性肠病的管理也是预防骨质疏松症的重要手段。

Objective: To discuss relationship between inflammatory bowel disease and osteoporosis, and emphasize the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease in treating osteoporosis in clinic. Methods: Internal relations and influencing factors between inflammatory bowel disease and osteoporosis were analyzed. Results: Inflammatory bowel disease and osteoporosis are two different clinical disease, but associated with each other. Osteoporosis is a serious complication in patients with inflammatory bowel disease but easily overlooked. Inflammatory bowel disease was an obstacle in the treatment of osteoporosis, also one of important factors that affect the final effects of treating osteoporosis. Conclusion: It’s very important to pay attention to the treatment and management of inflammatory bowel disease in treaing osteoporosis.
