非球面镜在军用和民用光学制造领域中得到了广泛的应用,加工误差一直是研究的热点。为了解决在光学加工容易出现加工误差这一难题,对非球面镜的加工方法进行了深入的研究。通过采用CNC数控铣磨机进行光学非球面加工,分析砂轮转速、工件转速、进给量和冷却液等因素对加工误差的影响规律,研究出合理的误差修正补偿方法——砂轮直径补偿法和沥青抛光模修正法,并对该补偿方法进行了实验。经实验,PV值为0.245μm,表面粗糙度值为0.0160μm。结果证明此方法能有效的减小加工误差带来的影响,从而得到较理想的面型。
非毬麵鏡在軍用和民用光學製造領域中得到瞭廣汎的應用,加工誤差一直是研究的熱點。為瞭解決在光學加工容易齣現加工誤差這一難題,對非毬麵鏡的加工方法進行瞭深入的研究。通過採用CNC數控鐉磨機進行光學非毬麵加工,分析砂輪轉速、工件轉速、進給量和冷卻液等因素對加工誤差的影響規律,研究齣閤理的誤差脩正補償方法——砂輪直徑補償法和瀝青拋光模脩正法,併對該補償方法進行瞭實驗。經實驗,PV值為0.245μm,錶麵粗糙度值為0.0160μm。結果證明此方法能有效的減小加工誤差帶來的影響,從而得到較理想的麵型。

Recently, aspheric optical elements are used widely in military and civil optical manufacturing field. Howev-er, the machining error has been always the focus of the research. In order to solve the problem that machining error is easy to appear, in this paper, the further study on the processing methods of aspheric mirror is conducted. Through the processing of CNC grinder, the influence law of wheel speed, workpiece speed, feed rate and coolant liquid etc. for process errors is analyzed. The reasonable error compensation methods that wheel diameter compensation and asphalt of polishing disk correction are obtained and the experiments are all conducted. In the experiment, PV is 0.245μm and the surface roughness is 0.0160μm.The results shows that the methods can reduce the machining error effectively and thus obtain the ideal face type.
