压力检测在工业生产自动化控制中一直占据非常重要的位置。为提高测压系统输出特性曲线的线性度和控制精度特性,采用模糊算法和PID算法相结合来对压力检测系统进行程序设计,依赖模糊控制技术建立一种新的温度补偿算法,同时使用工控机结合Lab VIEW软件平台来进行界面控制,完成对整个系统硬件软件的设计。该系统可以克服温度变化在压力检测系统中产生的严重偏差,并且可以通过提高采样频率来提升控制效果和控制精度,以满足实际应用中的控制需求。精度高、结构简单、使用芯片较少,大大的降低了成本开支。调试检测结果显示本控制系统满足在精度高、稳定性好的自动检测系统中对压力的检测,其检测精度可达到0.1%。

Pressure testing have occupied a very important position in the industrial production automation control. To improve the pressure testing of the system output characteristic curve linearity and accuracy characteristics,the fuzzy al-gorithm and PID algorithm are combined to design pressure test system. A new temperature compensation algorithm is established relying on the fuzzy control technology. At the same time, the design of hardware and software of the whole system are completed by using industrial computer in combination with Lab VIEW software platform for the in-terface control. The serious deviation of pressure detection system produced by the temperature change can be over-comed;and the control effect and accuracy by increasing sampling frequency can be improved to meet the control re-quirements in practical application. The system has some advantages such as high precision, simple structure, less use of chip,greatly reducing the costs .The test results show that the detection accuracy of control system can be achieved 0.1% and meet the requirement of detect pressure in high precision,stable automatic detection system.
