在激光照射性能监测系统的外场试验中,大气湍流等环境因素降低了光斑检测的准确性;同时传统的光斑检测方法在处理高分辨率CCD图像时速度较慢,难以满足实时处理的要求。为解决以上问题,提出一种激光照射光斑检测方法。首先采用自适应阈值法和投影法相结合的方法,将图像分割出一个或多个待检测区域;再根据靶板与成像系统的空间关系,预测当前光斑形态,并制作检测模型,对待检测区域进行相似度检测确定最优目标区域;最后对最优目标区域采用连通域分析提取光斑。实验结果表明:对于分辨率为1392×1040的图像,不仅能准确检测出光斑,还提高了检测速度,实现准确、稳定、快速的检测光斑,为激光照射器性能的评估提供可靠、有效的依据。

In the process of laser performance monitoring, atmospheric turbulence and other environmental factors will reduce the measurement accuracy. High-resolution CCD detector can improve the measurement accuracy but also in-creases the time complexity, reduces the detection speed. To solve this problem, propose a method of rapid detection to laser-irradiated spot. Firstly,segment the image on the basis of adaptive threshold method;secondly,project to the segmentation image, and segmented one or more of the detecting regions according to the projection curve. Thirdly, predict the current spot morphology on the basis of CCD imaging theory,then test similarity detection to region,which is to be detected, to determine the optimal target region. Finally, use connected component analysis to determine spot region in the optimal target region. The results of experiments show that:for the image whose resolution is 1392 × 1040, this method not only detect the spot accurately but also increase the spot detection speed in measurement sys-tem, achieve the rapid, precise and stable detection of the laser spot, and provide reliable and efficient basis for the evaluation of the performance of laser irradiator.
