The determination of the functional relationship between clamping force and rotational speed is an indispensable link in high-speed turning operations.This paper presents a method for inspecting the performance of the high-speed chuck through the functional relationship between clamping force and rotational speed.It designs a wireless dynamic clamping force tester,which,using a single-chip microprocessor as its control core,adopts a wireless receiving and dispatching module for real-time transmission of dynamic measurement results to the upper computer to obtain the function curve directly.A special design method is used to achieve a long-time online measurement with high precision and sensitive response.Furthermore,it expounds the measurement principle,and hardware and software of the system.The experimental result shows that the tester is easy to operate,and its accuracy meets the design requirements.
