针对传统测量尺寸较大的炮弹径向尺寸的方法存在响应速度慢、精度低、可靠性低等问题,提出一种基于光电技术的炮弹外径测量系统。该系统采用移动遮挡式激光扫描测量法,首先由测量头水平和升降运动装置完成对炮弹的扫描,然后由线阵CCD采集数据后送入单片机进行处理得到测量结果。最后对影响系统测量精度的误差来源进行分析。结果表明,该系统能有效地实现对炮弹不同部位的径向尺寸的非接触精确测量,可以达到0~250mm的测量范围和±5um的测量精度,可广泛适用于多种型号炮弹及回转类工件的外径测量。
針對傳統測量呎吋較大的砲彈徑嚮呎吋的方法存在響應速度慢、精度低、可靠性低等問題,提齣一種基于光電技術的砲彈外徑測量繫統。該繫統採用移動遮擋式激光掃描測量法,首先由測量頭水平和升降運動裝置完成對砲彈的掃描,然後由線陣CCD採集數據後送入單片機進行處理得到測量結果。最後對影響繫統測量精度的誤差來源進行分析。結果錶明,該繫統能有效地實現對砲彈不同部位的徑嚮呎吋的非接觸精確測量,可以達到0~250mm的測量範圍和±5um的測量精度,可廣汎適用于多種型號砲彈及迴轉類工件的外徑測量。

Aiming at the fact that traditional measuring methods for radial dimension of large projectiles have slow speed,low precision and low reliability,in this paper,a measurement system for large-scale diameter based on photo-electric technology is proposed. A laser scanning measuring method with“moving occlusion”is adopted in this system. Firstly,the projectile is scanned by the horizontal and vertical motion device of measuring head. After the data are col-lected by linear CCD, it is sent into the microcontroller to process. Then the measurement result is obtained. Finally, the error sources affecting the measurement precision are analyzed. The results indicate that the accurate measurement of different diameters of projectiles without contact can be realized,and the measurement range of the system is 0~250mm and the measurement precision reaches ± 5μm. It can be widely used to measure the external diameters of some kinds of projectiles and revolving workpieces.
