本研究通过问卷调查法、分析法、访谈法等方法，调研了陕西省健美操课程的开发和利用现状，提出走出困境的出路：学校领导加强健美操课程改革力度；教师要与时俱进，提高自身的知识能力；整合课程内容资源；利用项目特点，发挥团队精神，构建健美操课程“学校－社区”一体化教学模式等。
본연구통과문권조사법、분석법、방담법등방법，조연료합서성건미조과정적개발화이용현상，제출주출곤경적출로：학교령도가강건미조과정개혁력도；교사요여시구진，제고자신적지식능력；정합과정내용자원；이용항목특점，발휘단대정신，구건건미조과정“학교－사구”일체화교학모식등。
By applying the methods of questionnaire survey , analysis and interview , this paper investigated the development and utiliza-tion of aerobics curriculum of universities in Shaanxi province , and put forward the way out of the difficult situation:the leaders should strengthen the reform of aerobics curriculum;the teachers should improve their own capacity;curriculum resources should be integrated and the teaching mode of “school-community” integration should be realized .
