本文分析了我国高校旅游教育现状，通过整合学校、学生与旅游企业三方利益，构建“双循环工学交替”的旅游人才培养新模式，并对该模式的可行性进行论证。结合高校旅游专业教学实际，提出了具体的实施措施，以期对旅游专业的可持续发展提供借鉴和启示。
本文分析瞭我國高校旅遊教育現狀，通過整閤學校、學生與旅遊企業三方利益，構建“雙循環工學交替”的旅遊人纔培養新模式，併對該模式的可行性進行論證。結閤高校旅遊專業教學實際，提齣瞭具體的實施措施，以期對旅遊專業的可持續髮展提供藉鑒和啟示。
본문분석료아국고교여유교육현상，통과정합학교、학생여여유기업삼방이익，구건“쌍순배공학교체”적여유인재배양신모식，병대해모식적가행성진행론증。결합고교여유전업교학실제，제출료구체적실시조시，이기대여유전업적가지속발전제공차감화계시。
There is a need for Chinese universities to innovate talent cultivation mode of tourism management major so as to improve the cultivation quality and keep up with the tourism development .Based on the analysis of the present educational situation , the mode of“dual cycle alternation of working and learning” was constructed by integrating the interest of universities , students and tourism enterpri-ses.The feasibility of the model was proposed .The paper finally put forward some specific implementation measures based on the teach-ing situation in order to providing some reference and enlightenment for the sustainable development of the tourism management major .
