目的：探讨应用踝关节镜治疗踝关节继发性骨关节炎的疗效。方法：9例踝关节骨关节炎患者行踝关节镜检查和关节镜手术治疗。结果：所有患者均获得随访，术后平均随访18个月。根据美国足踝骨科协会(AOFAS)的评分标准，优4例、良4例、可1例，优良率为88.89%，所有患者均未出现术后感染及神经血管损伤等并发症。结论：踝关节镜手术可明显改善踝关节继发性骨关节炎的疼痛症状，对踝关节炎的诊治有重要意义，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토응용과관절경치료과관절계발성골관절염적료효。방법：9례과관절골관절염환자행과관절경검사화관절경수술치료。결과：소유환자균획득수방，술후평균수방18개월。근거미국족과골과협회(AOFAS)적평분표준，우4례、량4례、가1례，우량솔위88.89%，소유환자균미출현술후감염급신경혈관손상등병발증。결론：과관절경수술가명현개선과관절계발성골관절염적동통증상，대과관절염적진치유중요의의，치득림상추엄。
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate the curative effects of treating secondary osteoarthritis of ankle joint with arthroscopy. Methods:9 cases secondary osteoarthritis of ankle joint patients were treated with arthroscopic examination and operation. Results:All the patients were followed up for average 18 months. According to American AOFAS standard, the excellent and good rate was 88.89%(8/9). Conclusions:Arthroscopic operation can improve the pain symptoms of secondary osteoarthritis of ankle joint obviously, and plays important role in its’ diagnosis and treatment. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
