目的::观察长期灌胃甘草甘遂不同配伍比例水煎剂对大鼠肾功能的影响。方法:50只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组,甘遂组,甘遂配伍甘草1:0.25组、1:0.5组和1:1组,每组10只大鼠,各组大鼠均连续灌胃给药28天。检测大鼠血肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)的含量,HE染色观察肾脏形态结构的变化。结果:各用药组大鼠血Cr和BUN的含量明显高于正常对照组大鼠,以甘遂组最为显著(P<0.01,P<0.05);甘遂甘草配伍组,随甘草比例的增加,大鼠血Cr和BUN的含量逐渐降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。各用药组大鼠肾脏形态结构均发生不同程度的病理变化,以甘遂组最为严重;甘遂甘草配伍组,随甘草比例的增加,肾脏的病理变化逐渐减轻。结论:长期使用甘遂对大鼠肾脏具有明显的毒性作用,甘草与甘遂配伍具有减轻甘遂对肾脏毒性作用的功效,且与甘草的比例有关。

목적::관찰장기관위감초감수불동배오비례수전제대대서신공능적영향。방법:50지SD대서수궤분위정상대조조,감수조,감수배오감초1:0.25조、1:0.5조화1:1조,매조10지대서,각조대서균련속관위급약28천。검측대서혈기항(Cr)화뇨소담(BUN)적함량,HE염색관찰신장형태결구적변화。결과:각용약조대서혈Cr화BUN적함량명현고우정상대조조대서,이감수조최위현저(P<0.01,P<0.05);감수감초배오조,수감초비례적증가,대서혈Cr화BUN적함량축점강저(P<0.01,P<0.05)。각용약조대서신장형태결구균발생불동정도적병리변화,이감수조최위엄중;감수감초배오조,수감초비례적증가,신장적병리변화축점감경。결론:장기사용감수대대서신장구유명현적독성작용,감초여감수배오구유감경감수대신장독성작용적공효,차여감초적비례유관。
Objective:To observe the effects of long-term gastric perfusion with water decoction of euphorbia kansui licorice in different compatibility proportion on rats’ renal function.Methods:50 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 rats in each group: normal control group, euphorbia kansui group, euphorbia kansui licorice 1:0.25, 1:0.5 and 1:1 groups. The rats were all lavaged with corresponding drugs for 28 days. The creatinine (Cr) and urea nitrogen (BUN) content in blood of rats were respectively detected. HE stain was used to observe the pathological changes of kidney.Results: The Cr and BUN content in blood of rats in each drug group were all obviously higher than that of rats in normal control group, especially the euphorbia kansui group (P< 0.01, P< 0.05). For compatibility groups, the Cr and BUN content in blood gradually decreased with increasing of the proportion of licorice (P< 0.01, P< 0.05). The morphology of kidney of rats in each drug group appeared pathological changes in different degree, especially the euphorbia kansui group. For compatibility groups, the pathological changes of kidney gradually reduced with increasing of the proportion of licorice. Conclusions: It has obvious toxic effects on kidney after long-term using of euphorbia kansui. Compatibility of licorice and euphorbia kansui can reduce the toxic effects of euphorbia kansui on kidney; moreover, this efficiency is associated with the proportion of licorice.
