随着电力系统规模的不断增大和结构的日益复杂,电网对大型火电机组有了做不间断电源(uninterruptible power system,UPS)参与黑启动的更高要求。从电网黑启动背景出发,分析了火电厂百万机组做电网 UPS 的可行性,提出了电气设计改造方案、介绍了仿真分析结果及实践经验,仅供同行们参考和借鉴。
隨著電力繫統規模的不斷增大和結構的日益複雜,電網對大型火電機組有瞭做不間斷電源(uninterruptible power system,UPS)參與黑啟動的更高要求。從電網黑啟動揹景齣髮,分析瞭火電廠百萬機組做電網 UPS 的可行性,提齣瞭電氣設計改造方案、介紹瞭倣真分析結果及實踐經驗,僅供同行們參攷和藉鑒。

With the increasing scale and increasingly complex structure of electric power systems,the electric grid poses a higher demand on large-scale thermal power units:participation in black start through use of uninterruptible power system (UPS).Starting from the background of black start of the electric grid,this paper analyzes the feasibility of grid UPS in the MW units of an thermal power plant,proposes a scheme for electrical design and upgrading,and introduces simulation results and practical experience,as a reference for those people working in the same trade.
