以福建冬季海上筏式吊笼养殖的仿刺参为对象,采用传统海带饲料和市面销售的凝胶状海参配合饲料对三种规格的仿刺参幼参(平均体质量分别为105.57、73.15和52.89 g )进行了为期60 d的投喂试验,比较了两种饲料对仿刺参幼参生长的影响。结果表明,传统海带饲料投喂组大、中、小三种规格仿刺参的特定生长率分别为(0.69±0.04)、(0.87±0.05)和(0.99±0.02)%·d-1,凝胶状海参配合饲料投喂组的特定生长率分别为(0.65±0.03)、(0.86±0.05)和(0.81±0.10)%· d-1。传统海带饲料投喂组小规格仿刺参的平均个体增重率和特定生长率均显著大于凝胶状配合饲料投喂组(P<0.05),而两种饲料投喂组大、中规格间的差异不显著。因此,传统海带饲料可用于仿刺参海上筏式吊笼养殖生产,而凝胶状海参配合饲料可作为传统海带饲料的辅助饲料。
以福建鼕季海上筏式弔籠養殖的倣刺參為對象,採用傳統海帶飼料和市麵銷售的凝膠狀海參配閤飼料對三種規格的倣刺參幼參(平均體質量分彆為105.57、73.15和52.89 g )進行瞭為期60 d的投餵試驗,比較瞭兩種飼料對倣刺參幼參生長的影響。結果錶明,傳統海帶飼料投餵組大、中、小三種規格倣刺參的特定生長率分彆為(0.69±0.04)、(0.87±0.05)和(0.99±0.02)%·d-1,凝膠狀海參配閤飼料投餵組的特定生長率分彆為(0.65±0.03)、(0.86±0.05)和(0.81±0.10)%· d-1。傳統海帶飼料投餵組小規格倣刺參的平均箇體增重率和特定生長率均顯著大于凝膠狀配閤飼料投餵組(P<0.05),而兩種飼料投餵組大、中規格間的差異不顯著。因此,傳統海帶飼料可用于倣刺參海上筏式弔籠養殖生產,而凝膠狀海參配閤飼料可作為傳統海帶飼料的輔助飼料。

To compare the effect of different diets on the growth of sea cucumber with different specifications <br> (the weight was 105.57,73.15 and 52.89 g,respectively),three sizes of Apostichopus japonicas were fed with two diets,which were respectively composed of kelp feedstuff and gel formulated diet,for 60 days. The results showed that the Specific Growth Rate (SGR)of three sizes of A. japonicas fed with kelp feedstuff were (0.69 ± 0.04),(0.87 ± 0.05)and (0.99 ± 0.02)%·d-1,respectively,and that fed with diet of gel formulated were (0.65 ± 0.03 ), (0.86 ± 0.05 )and (0.81 ± 0.10 )%· d-1 ,respectively. The daily weight gain (WGr)and SGR of A. japonicas fed with diet of kelp feedstuff were significantly higher than diet of gel formulated in the group of small size,but there were no significant difference between the group of large and medium size. In summary,the kelp feedstuff could be used for the diet of A. japonicas,and the gel for-mulated diet could be used as a supplementary diet of kelp feedstuff for raft culture of A. japonicas.
