针对现有方法无法对变压器匝间短路故障的发生时刻及其严重程度同时实现诊断,提出了基于电类特征信号提取的故障诊断方法。在对单相双绕组变压器匝间短路后其输出响应进行分析的基础上,对变压器匝间短路故障的产生进行了建模和仿真;通过提取变压器一、二次侧电流信号的时域故障特征对故障发生时刻进行了诊断;基于此再结合相应电流信号的频域故障特征,采用曲线拟合与数据库比对的方法对匝间短路故障程度进行了有效诊断。仿真和测试结果表明,进行诊断后的结果符合预期的目标。
針對現有方法無法對變壓器匝間短路故障的髮生時刻及其嚴重程度同時實現診斷,提齣瞭基于電類特徵信號提取的故障診斷方法。在對單相雙繞組變壓器匝間短路後其輸齣響應進行分析的基礎上,對變壓器匝間短路故障的產生進行瞭建模和倣真;通過提取變壓器一、二次側電流信號的時域故障特徵對故障髮生時刻進行瞭診斷;基于此再結閤相應電流信號的頻域故障特徵,採用麯線擬閤與數據庫比對的方法對匝間短路故障程度進行瞭有效診斷。倣真和測試結果錶明,進行診斷後的結果符閤預期的目標。

Considering that there is no existing method for diagnosis of both the occurrence time of fault and its degree of the inter-turn short circuit of the transformer,this paper proposes a fault diagnostic method based on electrical characteristic signals.On the basis of analyzing the output response after occurrence of inter-turn short circuit of the single-phase two-winding transformer,modeling and simulation is completed on the generation of inter-turn short circuit of the transformer.The fault occurrence moment is diagnosed by extracting time domain fault characteristics of the current signal at the primary and secondary sides of the transformer.Furthermore, the fault degree is diagnosed effectively in the method of curve fitting and database comparison under consideration of the frequency domain fault characters of corresponding current signal.Simulation and test results show that the result of this diagnostic method fulfills the expected goal.
