风机变浆系统故障高发,通过对风机变浆系统故障的研究,发现由电气滑环引起的通讯故障频率最高,且维修费用占总运行成本比例较高,因此,针对通讯故障和电器滑环两部件系统,提出机会维修策略,以经济性为目标,优化了机会维修役龄和预防性维修役龄,实现了高额停机费用的分摊和成本的节约。通过仿真结果分析,机会维修策略比传统役龄维修策略和优化役龄维修策略更好地实现了成本的节约,具有较高的实际应用价值。
風機變漿繫統故障高髮,通過對風機變漿繫統故障的研究,髮現由電氣滑環引起的通訊故障頻率最高,且維脩費用佔總運行成本比例較高,因此,針對通訊故障和電器滑環兩部件繫統,提齣機會維脩策略,以經濟性為目標,優化瞭機會維脩役齡和預防性維脩役齡,實現瞭高額停機費用的分攤和成本的節約。通過倣真結果分析,機會維脩策略比傳統役齡維脩策略和優化役齡維脩策略更好地實現瞭成本的節約,具有較高的實際應用價值。

Faced with high fault rate of wind turbine variable pitch system,this paper studies such faults and finds out most of them are communication faults caused by the electric slip ring and their maintenance cost accounts for a high proportion of the total operational cost.Therefore,with respect to communication fault and the electric slip ring,this paper presents an opportunist maintenance strategy in which the economical efficiency is taken as the aim to optimize the opportunistic maintenance age and preventive maintenance age and realize sharing of high shutdown expense and cost saving.As shown in the analysis on the simulation result,the opportunistic maintenance strategy costs less than the traditional age maintenance strategy and optimized age maintenance strategy,and has better application value.
