针对远程监控系统中,终端的小型化和模块化的需求,设计了一个以 ARM7+ENC28J60为核心的远程监控终端。分析了网络通讯服务和数据采集与逻辑控制的实时性问题,将系统分成了以太网转 CAN 的通讯模块和数据采集与控制模块两部分。模块间通过 CAN 总线通讯和扩展,通讯模块应用了实时操作系统μCOS -II,移植了 LWIP 轻型 TCP/IP 协议栈。实验证明,解决了以太网通讯和现场实时监控之间的矛盾,也符合嵌入式系统模块化设计的理念,易于扩展和修改。

Respective to the demand on terminal miniaturization and modularization in the remote monitoring system,we design a remote monitoring terminal,using ARM7 +ENC28J60 as the core.We further analyze network communication service as well as the real-time issue of data acquisition and logical control.The system is divided into two parts:Ethernet to CAN communication module and data acquisition and control module.Inter-module communication and extension is realized through CAN bus.The communication module uses real-time operating system μCOS-II,and transplants LWIP light-duty TCP/IP protocol stack.Experiments show that the system has solved the contradiction between Ethernet communication and the real-time monitoring on site,conforms to the concept of modular design of the embedded system,and can be easily extended or modified.
