在高压大功率逆变电源的设计中,IGBT 的驱动与保护是重要的课题。IGBT 器件能承受的过流时间通常为几微秒,所以可靠的过流保护电路对电源的稳定、可靠运行至关重要。常见的过流保护电路通过检测 IGBT 集电极、发射极间电压判断 IGBT 是否过流。设计的过流信号产生电路在 IGBT 过流时产生低电平信号,经 CPLD 数字电路的逻辑处理后可以可靠地实现 IGBT 的过流保护,具有较强的抗干扰性,避免了电源系统频繁的跳闸保护,响应时间在 IGBT 允许的过流时间之内。

In the design of high-voltage high-power inverters,the drive and protection of IGBT is very important.Usually,IGBT can endure a few microseconds over-current time.Thus,a reliable over-current protection circuit is vital to the steady and reliable operation of the power supply.The common over-current protection circuit judges if the IGBT has over-current by detecting the voltage between the collector and the emitter of the IGBT.In the designed circuit generating over-current signal,a low level signal is produced when over-current happens,and after logical processing of the CPLD,IGBT over-current protection can be realized reliably with high tolerance of interference,so that frequent tripping protection is avoided and the response time is kept within short circuit time permitted by the IGBT.
