针对皮带给料式定量包装秤动稳态性能差、无法适应多种定量多种物料的包装计量、难以协调计量速度计量精度的问题,基于模糊控制算法,设计了一种定量包装秤模糊控制器,并与模糊自适应 PID 矢量控制调速系统相结合,构成定量包装秤模糊矢量控制系统。最后通过 MATLAB 搭建了模糊矢量控制系统仿真模型,结果证明提高了定量包装秤动稳态性能,增强了适应性,并且有效地解决了计量速度与精度的矛盾。

침대피대급료식정량포장칭동은태성능차、무법괄응다충정량다충물료적포장계량、난이협조계량속도계량정도적문제,기우모호공제산법,설계료일충정량포장칭모호공제기,병여모호자괄응 PID 시량공제조속계통상결합,구성정량포장칭모호시량공제계통。최후통과 MATLAB 탑건료모호시량공제계통방진모형,결과증명제고료정량포장칭동은태성능,증강료괄응성,병차유효지해결료계량속도여정도적모순。
Since the feeding belt quantitative packaging scale with poor dynamic and steady-state performance can not meet the requirements on packaging measurement of different materials and coordination of measuring speed and accuracy,on the basis of fussy control algorithm,we design a fussy controller for the quantitative packaging scale,which,combined with self-adaptive fussy PID vector control speed regulation system,constitutes a fussy vector control system for the quantitative packaging scale.Finally,a simulation model is established with MATLAB.The results show that the proposed control method improves the dynamic and steady-state performance of the quantitative packaging scale,strengthens its adaptability,and effectively solves the conflict between measuring speed and accuracy.
