在耦合双间隙腔的基础上,提出了一种双层新型交叉耦合结构的腔体滤波器,利用couple-filter软件分析得出理论的耦合系数,通过在三维仿真软件HFSS建模、仿真和优化,实现了双层同轴腔体带通滤波器的整体设计。仿真结果显示,采用双层4腔的新型多腔滤波器的带宽、带外抑制和插入损耗等主要参数完全可以达到单层4腔滤波器的技术性能。该类新型腔体滤波器具有频带宽、带外抑制好、结构紧凑和形状多样化等多方面优点,将能更好地满足雷达或移动通信基站等各类微波通信系统的要求。
在耦閤雙間隙腔的基礎上,提齣瞭一種雙層新型交扠耦閤結構的腔體濾波器,利用couple-filter軟件分析得齣理論的耦閤繫數,通過在三維倣真軟件HFSS建模、倣真和優化,實現瞭雙層同軸腔體帶通濾波器的整體設計。倣真結果顯示,採用雙層4腔的新型多腔濾波器的帶寬、帶外抑製和插入損耗等主要參數完全可以達到單層4腔濾波器的技術性能。該類新型腔體濾波器具有頻帶寬、帶外抑製好、結構緊湊和形狀多樣化等多方麵優點,將能更好地滿足雷達或移動通信基站等各類微波通信繫統的要求。

On the basis of coupling double-gap cavities, a new multi-cavity filter with two-layer coaxial cavity cross-coupling is proposed in this paper.It utilizes the coupling coefficient analyzed by couple-filter software and the 3D simulation software HFSS procedures of modeling, simulation and optimization to real-ize the integral design of the two-layer coaxial cavity band-pass filter.Simulation results show that the per-formance of band width, out-band suppression and insertion loss of a two-layer filter with 4 cavities have the advantages of that of a single layer filter with 4 cavities.Such new filters with merits of wide frequen-cy band width, satisfactory out-band suppression, compact structure and various shapes would better meet the requirements of microwave communication systems such as radar or mobile communication station.
